In the past year I have spearheaded many digital creative initiatives internally at Prudential Financial’s in-house agency. My role was both as a hands on designer and creative lead mentoring other designers/art directors, writers, strategists and producers to help grow internal digital capabilities. Some highlights have included:

  • Worked with Prudential Financial’s in-house digital innovation team, conceptualizing and designing new interactive content for the next generation of Prudential.com, master brand and social spaces.
  • In parallel, I led a first of its kind content marketing initiative (“Insights”) in cooperation with internal strategy, account and customer experience groups. This new editorial like platform on Prudential.com gave their thought leaders a unique forum to tell their story around industry innovation, social good, and financial preparedness. My team both conceptualized new content and developed style guidelines to help preserve this sections differentiation.
  • Led a small team who conceptualized, branded and launched the first ever Prudential podcast under the campaign umbrella #EverydayBravery on iTunes, social and Pru.com.
